  What do I do if my car was towed by a law enforcement agency?

  Contact us  to determine which lot we have stored your vehicle.
   ask us  if your car has a 30 day hold attached to it. (If yes, see 30 day hold below)

  You will need the following documentation:

  1. Title, Valid registration or rental agreement to prove ownership/agency. If this is inside the stored vehicle, you will be allowed to retrieve it at no charge.
  2. Government Photo ID


    If a person other than the registered owner is retrieving the vehicle, that person will need the following:
    1. An official government photo ID and/or a valid driver’s license.
    2. A signed and notarized statement from the registered owner granting permission for the named individual to retrieve the vehicle or

        ADot Release form https://apps.azdot.gov/files/mvd/mvd-forms-lib/46-8925.pdf 
    3. A photo copy of the registered owner’s official government photo ID.
    4. Payment ( Cash all Major Credit Card , Company check , Money order )
    You will not be permitted to bring tools with you and work on the vehicle at the tow yard for liability reasons.


What if my car was towed at the request of a governmental agency under abandoned vehicle ?

you Have to  claim your vehicle immediately, We  required by state statute to apply for an abandoned title. 

This is required under A.R.S. Title 28 Chapter 11: Abandoned, Seized and Junk Vehicles.
you will be responsible for paying all towing, storage .  These fees must be paid prior to the release of your vehicle.



  What do I do if the law enforcement agency has placed a 30 day hold on the car?

   you can retrieve property even though the car is under a 30-day hold. with free of charge during work hour  
   Contact the governmental agency responsible for the tow to request  more info  ( all 30 day hold info is on the back of the police Report )                


  what do i do If I receive a "vehicle release Form" from the governmental Agency ?

 Can I release my Vehicle from the Tow Yard after 30 day without contacting The Governmental Agency ?

  you need to contact the Governmental Agency even if the 30 days if end , you still need to get the Vehicle release form

 PRIVATE PROPERTY IMPOUNDS


  If your vehicle has been towed from private property, we Required as towing companies notify the law enforcement agency within the town/city/county from where the vehicle was   impound as per the State statutes as well as local/county ordinances which control the towing and release of your vehicle

 
 What do I do when I realize my vehicle is no longer parked where I left it?

   Call the non-emergency police number for you city .

 
 Who has the ability to authorize the tow of my vehicle from private property
 only the owner / manager or Agent of the private property where you are parked .  (This includes a tenant, as an agent for the owner). 


How do I retrieve my vehicle after it has been towed from private property?

  1. You need to Prove of ownership (Government Photo ID , and Valid registration or Title rental agreement ) If this information is inside the your vehicle, you will be allowed to retrieve it at no charge.
  2. Call us for the location, hours and the fee .
  3. Go to storage location to make payment and retrieve your vehicle by showing the prove of owner ship to front disc .
